Why Sponsor The Vegan Fashion Show?
Sponsoring The Vegan Fashion Show is a unique opportunity for mission-driven brands to be recognized as part of the solution to some of today’s most pressing environmental and ethical challenges.
By joining us, you’ll drive change towards a more compassionate, sustainable future—through fashion, arts & entertainment, and education. Your support enables impactful presentations at our educational model castings, events, and online platforms, ensuring that your brand is seen as a leader in ethics.
For most shows, The Vegan Fashion Show holds educational model castings in-person. These are events on its own! Last year our generous food sponsor Odd Burger provided 100 plant-based fast food meals. Most of the models had never tried plant-based meat alternatives before - it was a major hit! See what models learned about vegan and sustainable fashion and food at the casting last year at the bottom of our About The Show page.
Our upcoming shows are on October 17th & 18th at the E.Y. Centre (Eastern Ontario's largest exhibition centre) in partnership with the National Women’s Show which sees over 10,000 attendees.
Be sure to watch the video above to learn more about our mission and audience. Choose from promotional packages below.
Sponsors must align with The Vegan Fashion Show values.
Sponsor Packages Available
-
Everything in the previous packages plus:
Exclusive co-branding on all marketing materials (print, presentation screens etc.), earned media (press coverage, which would highlight your brand throughout) and owned media (social media bios and website); “The Vegan Fashion Show presented by _____ (your brand name here)”.
Additional press coverage specifically about your brand.
Tagged as the presenting partner in all social media posts related to this year’s shows. This includes promotion prior to the event, images and video from the show afterwards, and more. Begins immediately.
Additional social media posts on the producer/ director’s social media.
A memorable brand experience in a public space via a friendly animal rights activism demonstration. We’ll nudge people towards your brand, pointing to it as a solution to making kinder, ethical choices. For example, for a vegan ice cream brand we could run an educational/ creative ditch dairy demonstration. Ideally we are giving out samples or coupons, or holding a giveaway. This would be done outside of the show in a busy outdoor public space. Choose between Ottawa, Toronto/ the GTA, or Waterloo Region. The timing of this is flexible, and should be done at a time of year that makes sense for your brand. Using the vegan ice cream brand example again, summer time or National Ice Cream Day is a good choice. As another example, for an outerwear brand the autumn season would make more sense.
Cost: $3,000 CAD

What People Say About Us

"We sponsored The Vegan Fashion Show because we wanted to efficiently make an impact. After seeing the incredible results in the media, we knew we made the right choice. We saw results comparable to events with significantly higher budgets."

"Everything that you see, it’s telling you how it’s made, how it’s sustainable, how you can find it, and there’s a lot of interesting materials that I just haven’t looked at. Like the cactus leather. There was a handbag made out of leaves, that looked entirely like leather to me. I was blown away about it."
